Klairan sits in over an acre of lush tropical grounds. It is situated in the middle of the Sandy Lane Estate, Barbados and overlooks the golf course.
The spacious indoor living room flows out onto the expansive pool terrace. This overlooks the fairway and also enjoys panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea beyond. There are various options for dining, whether you choose to be casual or formal. Choose the pool gazebo with stepping stones over a lily pond, or elegant dining room that leads onto the pool deck.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms overlook the pool.

Guests of Klairan have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club facility at the nearby Sandy Lane beach. Here beach chairs are provided and refreshments are available. Tennis and golf is also available nearby.
The Sandy Lane Estate is in an enviable location. It is just minutes away from some of the best west coast beaches. It is also just a short drive from Holetown which offers an array of amenities. These include duty free shopping, supermarkets, banks and cinemas. There is also a medical centre not far away.

Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club have introduced a new website https://sandylaneestatebeachclub.com/Ā highlighting what's available at the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club and a new booking system for any short or long term rental guests wishing to visit the beach club. Via the new web-site guests a new service for guests to order food in advance in now available too.
Please note that the beach club is only available to rental guests staying at a villa on the Sandy Lane Estate.

We arrived home today - and thank you for organising a fantastic holiday, Linda. The villa was perfect, the staff wonderful and looked after us very well. I think being almost (and entirely, 90% of the day) the only people on the entire Sandy lane beach for the first 10 days must be a once or indeed twice in a lifetime experience - I think "fortune favours the brave" surrounded us certainly until more flights started coming in. Mixed weather (but who cares?) and gloriously empty restaurants....
