Happy Trees is a magnificent four-bedroom villa. It is located in the prestigious and much sought after Sandy Lane estate.

Happy Trees is tastefully furnished and set on over an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds. The grounds are filled with beautiful, mature trees. There is also a large stunning private pool.

 Happy Trees is a modern, yet classical, eco friendly home.

 It offers an open plan living and dining area as you enter. This area leads to a large covered terrace, tastefully furnished with comfortable loung and dining furniture. 

Everything has been carefully considered in the design of Happy Trees. The roof above the can be adjusted to allow sunlight in through its slatted design. It can be closed if guests wish to keep out the sunshine. 

Ecofriendly aspects and cutting-edge technology are a trademark of this property. The roof has been made from the recycled roofing materials. There is led lighting throughout the house and garden.

Rain water collected in underground tanks is used for irrigation. Happy Trees has insulated sliding doors and solar water heaters.

Indoor/outdoor lighting and music systems are controlled using wall switches or one of two iPads installed in the kitchen and living room. Using these you can  dim or brighten the lighting in the garden and inside the house.

Create the atmosphere you wish within different sections of the property. Enjoy soft strains of classical music in the dining area while contemporary sounds liven up the terrace or pool areas.

Located in one wing of the villa are four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. These are all equipped with uber-comfortable mattresses. Only high quality linens are used. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs, Direct TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi. Hair dryers are also provided.

 The beautiful bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and look onto the garden through large glass doors. You can sit back and enjoy the sunshine while you relax and enjoy the natural scenery. 

 If you prefer a later start to your day just close the curtains and stay beneath the bed covers.

 A study is located off the master bedroom. A central TV room and large, well equipped kitchen complete this home.

 The four bedrooms all have en suite modern bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, a third bedroom has two Queen sized beds and the last bedroom has twin beds.

 All are air-conditioned with stand alone rain showers and TVs. All have terraces and views to the garden. The master bedroom also has a bath tub in its en suite bathroom.

Enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the deck of the large infinity salt water pool. The pool is set amidst the lovely gardens.

Lay on a lounge chair reading a book while you soak your toes in the sparkling water. 

A gazebo next to the pool complete with an icemaker offers a smaller table and chairs. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy al fresco meals.  

An added advantage of staying on the Sandy Lane Estate is the Property Owners’ Beach Facility. 

Happy Trees also has its own beach cabana where you can store your personal beach items. 

Lounge chairs, an umbrella and changing rooms are also available for your use. There is also a bar adn the Beach Facility offering refreshment. A sheltered seating area makes for enjoyable days at the beach. Ask the cook at Happy Trees to prepare a picnic for you and take it to the beach. You can spend the whole day relaxing on your beach chair, swimming in the sea and walking along the golden sand.

Happy Trees is rented with the services of a chef and housekeeper. They  complete the villa experience. They will ensure you have a truly relaxed and memorable holiday.

The area surrounding Happy Trees is the most prestigious stretch of beach on Barbados. Tennis and golf facilities are available nearby.
